Anyone have insights on the Canadian theatre? Last I heard, it was a political land mine and LRs were being handed out like candy.

Rola seems to have made some significant improvements to Cisco Canada. The org was a mess under 'Dette but it seems to be cleared up some.
I can't speak as to the politics, but the results are better and the pie is growing.
@VcYYUJd-1mbl if you feel you and your people are so capable, then why can't your people had ever made a company like Cisco in your country ? Why your people try to run out of your country and come to US ?
canada has been ravaged by LRs for a long time now. even in 2013 they let go a team of good hw engineers I worked with. a certain group of sw engineers has remained , but shifted from area to area.
in short the same treatement meted out to boxborough and rtp.

Just a bit different if compared to any other location. The only difference is that the pie is smaller and it gets a bit more vicious. Kissinger once said: "Academic politics are so vicious precisely because the stakes are so small"...
