It was said nothing will happen before Friday. Stop making a fuss about buyout not being true before the day is even here.
I know people are curious and want to know what's happening right now, but that's not going to speed up the process any. Patience is a virtue.

Is the Management buyout only for specific band levels? Managers are typically band 6 and have direct reports, but some are band 6 without direct reports, would they be eligible too? What about Band 5 (director) and band 7's?
Management buyout info being sent to all whom are eligible TODAY...not Friday. And as far as eisp’s are concerned, they are ALWAYS announced on a Monday. The only thing done on Thursday’s or fridays are rif’s...and this is not an rif...it’s a buyout offer.
