CVS won't spend money to train the Pharmacist due to $70 an hour or Union rules. Store Managers own it all while they run checkout because they have NO hours to operate their stores with. There are way to many companies hiring to put up with the c-ap. The economy is going gangbusters. CVS is not! They have old tired stores and old tired leadership! Focus on healthcare and not on Customers in their stores. Have you heard of training class for a newly promoted Pharmacy Manager or leader. No! Learn on the job or from their SM. REALLY?

Just learning how to make good old fashion lemonade, what I used to sell as a kid, on the block.

You would think that a Company, this size, could come up with a better agenda for their Leaders, than making lemonade!

I sat thru the DL meeting in disbelief.

Uhhh same old c-ap store managers being held accountable for Rx metrics cause the pharmacist for the most part don't have time and can't make time even though they make really good money.
