Oracle management is so incompetent themselves, that they can't tell the difference between one employee and another. Employees are just bodies to them. They don't know when they are losing good people.
We had people leave, then opened req, but not getting candidates.
No one wants to work at Sears/Oracle. Oracle is dead. You should get out yourself.

Same in my team. We lost around a quarter in the last year. Half of these were RIF'd (they just canned all employees in the team from 1 country). The other half have just left for better opportunities. No heads are being replaced.
