Whole VDSI is confused & no work going on ... Don't know what is the criteria behind not declaring... Stupid management ... Really f*** man.

Yes it s---s and it has been dragging for so long for the past 6 - 8 months. VDSI management should just announce and let the environment be peaceful. At this rate I guess the people who move are luckier than those who stay.
Correct, onshore managers are more open in sharing info than these vdsi ppl. At least they help us prepare better.
For D rated people they will give package and P1 exceptions and L will remain as employees. P2, p3 rebadging. Also 10+years buyout is still in discussion they want to do that in December i guess.
Yes correct. They can do it in one day and complete the things. Work is impacted as people talking about retained and RIF’ed ones since Monday. Should have used some common sense to complete it in one or two days.

Bands 6 & above
Those who have not got Retention Bonus
Anyways, those who got Retention Bonus are fully capable of managing their projects\applications independently without help or presence of their long-time colleagues.
