So TK is out on vacation - still getting paid I assume? So if they hire another flipping id--t exec to replace him, how much more will that cost? It's not a financial benefit to have him gone but still on the payroll.
It is in the nature of rats to be rats. They will survive. It is the ship sinking that is the problem, not the rats.
