I still find it utterly amazing that of all the people in the entire world (since we went outside of the U.S. for him) this was the guy they thought best for the job. It has to make you understand exactly why he was hired and what their plans for the future of Verizon is.

That's why they brought in Hans. He did the same thing at Ericcson. He's a finance guy, not network. He couldn't get 5G launched for them so that's not why VZ brought him in. He's there to make cuts and help the bottom line. That's it.
