Whoever got VDSI retention bonus didn't get a meeting invite, means?
People Managers/Senior Manager/Delivery Head and retention employees didn't get a meeting invite.

8am EST call is ALL IT, whether rebadged or not. You'll see a series of other invites come out before or during that call. Separate invites for rebadged vs retained. You won't know on the 8am call your status. You'll find out in the hours after.

@cwd - ithe invite's for all mate!! All IT folks. Only he would tell us what it is about. Don't think he would pick and choose whom to have the 'talk'
is vdsi employees also getting buyout or it will be rebadging? anyone having a clear information?
whoever got shankar meeting invite what does that indicate? are they gonna layoff OR rebadge or its employee option or no package just exit door?

Yes, it's redundant, just one another escalation point. Also, I don't think they are safe ...maybe safe till this transition is over.
If so in VDSI after Band 5 we can map everyone to Onshore Manager...!
All the DEV team (if your team is Supercritical) Consider you are safe in VDSI good pay with lifetime..! Transition gonna happen for OPS/BUILD/SUPPORT/QA/DEV without any WR.
Spm and delivery heads are redundant. I don't see why we need 2 levels. They can easily save money if they axe 50% of spms.
so spm and dh will get ctc above 60 lakhs per annum and enjoy superb cool life in vdsi just taking admin works ? and the developers who work day and night will be paid less in infy with 14 to 16 hours work per day? what an idea, Sirji
Its for all guys ... wire line and wireless..IT to be moved in next 16 months to different companies just retaining SPM and DH in offshore and Directors and anove in onshore.
To support that 16 months he will announce Monday morning to help Vz Teams to live with Credo.
We have 16 months to study and move and he will promise no RIF.
Really now the stupids is whoever who signed 24 months bond .

Until otherwise, one doesn't touch existing salary ...doesnot matter either its VDSI or Infy or some XX IT company.

Means they stick around until the onboarding is complete and then they get kicked to the curb.
It's not a Manager ... it's SPM/DH who didn't get an invite.
