It's a real soap opera like feeling up in here.
I don’t understand the comments on this board that are filled with negativity, snobbery, and at times just pure stupidity directed towards the Whole Foods employees that are just worried about their futures and their jobs.
The world and most of the people in it have become unbelievably hostile and cruel.
It’s sad 😞
Heb offers stock options to everyone regardless of level. Already better than wfm
Yeah.... you kind of miss the point about TM's wanting to organize... it is NOT entirely about benefits... It is about treatment, snobbery, and unnecessary stuff...
I too can spit out a bunch of made up things, claim them as facts and than ask for someone to counter with facts to make myself superior. You’re garbage
With evidence. What a corporate piece of sh--. Please die.
Culture has taken a backseat to rolling out Amazon initiatives to be sure but considering what those projects have been I can clearly see why. WFM fundraising and quality standards continue on business as usual and still contribute WFM to culture. Sometimes I think people forget that the culture lies within them and just because some leader isn't spoon-feeding it to them that they can't still embody the very reasons that brought them to WFM in the first place. Calls to organize and consider a union option are seemingly misguided considering the benefits that we have are 10 steps ahead of what any other grocery store can offer their employees at UFCW affiliated stores. If I'm mistaken on that someone please correct me with evidence.
Get a clue.76 Your definition of a "real job" may not be one found at a supermarket, yet obviously these are not fake jobs. These are real people working real jobs.
How do you call yourself? Are you a Wholefoods worker?
Or are you a Wholelosser?
Get yourself a real job is a supermarket heloooo
