For other than those who got Retention Bonus, Will there be an Option given to VDSI folks to choose between Rebadging and a Package-Offer?

My understanding is that rebadging in IT is dependent upon the project you're working on. Is it "directional"? You stay. If it's not core to where the company is going then you're gonna get snapped.
For ops roles there is also some basis for how understaffed your role is. Are you somehow treading water and about to keep up with whatever BS new requirements legal and governance is dropping on you all the time, or are you so understaffed you're continually surprised they anything works at all? This plays into your nearterm survival.
Nothing to do with band. Whoever have completed more than 10 years at vdsi will be offered a package. Rebadging is better because you will have time and confidence. For seniors package is better.
What is VDSI? Is that IT? Is IT being offered a package or are they moving to another company? If moving is it all or just some?
Package-Offer is for people with 10+ years in Band 6 and above; or for those in Lower Bands too, like Band 5, 4, etc? There are many in lower Bands who are in 5 and 4 Bands.
Is it better to take Package-Offer and quit? Or to get rebadged and move to the vendor like Infy or TechM or any other company? Any idea which companies. Any foreign company would be better than a desi company?
For vdsi rebadging. Only for 10+years of service people they are providing the offer as infosys is not ready to take them. Many managers will be affected.
