Hello All, with new SPBU org announced everybody is now waiting for the dooms day. Wonder when the brewing storm in the ocean is doing landfall drowning hard working genuine SP BU worker bees in greed and laziness of visionless senior managers.

Are there any layoffs in October or November SP BU NCS6k Bangalore?
i have "heard" late october / earty november for SPBU.
but seriously my friend, the ncs6k team is so small what good will squashing and slashing it do? they might remain unaffected the skeleton crew....though who knows whats being cooked up at director/vp level? the line managers if they know anything are keeping quiet.

Idea is force as many voluntary attrition as possible begore The Date and save on the package
The money saved can be reinvested into manager and director bonuses

people on The List may have been given bonus ipf = 0.5 per a deliberate mgmt plan
This means they get no october bonus . Zero .the 0.5 was already given in feb

the managers, VPs and directors who ran SPBU into the ground have been richly rewarded and promoted for their transformational work like being available 24x7 to scrub bugs, never saying no, beating up anyone who calls the emperor naked etc.
only political serpents who worship their directors can survive in SPBU. rest better head for the "exit" sign.
Org change will only give money to the managers.
