Buyout for management is real. My boss (1st level wireline NJ) got an email shortly after 10:00. Don’t know what departments were included but it is for some on the wireline side of the house.
For those in the know. Can you explain the "normal" riff package versus what is being offered in this voluntary package?

Actually if your manager hasn’t informed you they are too engrossed in themselves and their future.
Many managers aren’t communicating the CEO sent everyone an email with a link to another link to see if you are eligible.
