No info communicated that I have seen about future severance changes. If left unspoken informal it creates more confusion for those deciding on voluntary offer. Is more info to follow?

According to HR "there is no discussion about changing the package to 4 weeks in 2019 at this time" Take it as you desire
Right, earlier details pre announcement were future severance changes to 4 weeks. Duplicitous if they change after Nov for those not accepting offer.
It basically says the plan won’t change in connection with this program.
It’s a gamble whether they aren’t changing it and the rumor is to hope people leave or if they just hate people and will change it 11/18 and have a good laugh.
The FAQs refer to future severance as "generally provides two weeks or separation pay for each year of service with a 35 week cap".
