Speaking of lawsuits, I am curious to know if there is any upcoming action on the policy of charging people extra on the health insurance if they don’t meet certain standards on the health screen. Seems quite discriminatory.
Agree with -uee. The only class action suit that was active in the past few years was Bendix South Bend retirees and I believe that they lost in court. Given that there are many laws governing pensions and various pre-Honeywell entities settled lawsuits, I doubt that there is anything out there at this point.
May have to look at the prior parts of Honeywell. Lot's of lawsuits against Allied side but I thought they were all settled a long time ago. Look up the legacy names for any lawsuits.
