wall street is done with SHC and Eddie. Eddie is on the ropes and the BOD will not play the game any more. The BOD knows that if they continue with the charade then they are liable for the results and could face fines or prison.
In other words, Wall Street is calling him out on his BS. They should have been doing this all along.
