Who's gonna be p-ss-d if they accept the offer and then are denied by Verizon after all?

Do you really care if you're considered a team player at Verizon at this point.....
I think all those who want to volunteer should wait until the last minute to do it. They may worry (although I doubt it) that people aren't jumping at this and try to sweeten the deal a bit. Like I said I doubt it but If I decide to go and am going to wait until the very last minute just so I am sure.
You would be labeled not a team player because you are not 100% on board since they made you stay.
Of course you need to look out for yourself but there is no reason that Verizon has to want someone who puts themselves before Verizon.
You might say Verizon, God then yourself and family.
That's just dumb...why would you be labeled as not a "team player". Everyone needs to look out for themselves Verizon certainly is.
Yup In Verizon career ender so certainly a reason to be t’d off.

The fact that you have to wait until 12/10 for the decision is ridiculous. They should have made a rule that if you have the rule of 75 you are automatically selected.
If you're denied, then they wait until after June 28 and lay you off in 2019- with a smaller severance.
I wouldn't be p-ss-d, but my lawyer may be happy.
I don't care if they think I'm not a team player, I'm going to volunteer- I'm half thinking I'll be denied (depends on how many others are volunteering on my team)...
