More info... SHLD just sold the store building to the mall developer last week, but at that time they said it was staying open.
Before the store closing was officially announced, there were online job postings for this store that said "seasonal store closing." Someone alerted the local media. Earlier this morning, the story was reported without official confirmation from Sears. Now they have confirmed.
It looks like the story has been changed because the link URL says a job posting indicated the closure. What sort of job posting could indicate a store closing?
