Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

The Feeling is Mutual

Verizon could careless about their employees and with today’s fiasco the feeling is mutual.

It is clear some higher ups most likely A--hole Hans and others are benefiting from the Infosys deal. They shafted V team, just so they could lineup their pockets. People, start tracking Hans and his bodies. Hans is corrupt and should be reported to FCC and others.

Could be worse. They could have just flat out fired everyone in right-to-work states.

Don't you love how they keep saying they want you to make an informed decision and then give you no real info to work with?

Do they want 5K headcount gone or 25K? Is there going to be significant re-structuring, re-orging, and re-location afterwards?

Big differences that give a lot of context to the future of the company and influence the decisions we have to make for our families.

This from the company that beats its employees to death with reports, data, and 'anaylsis', all of a sudden it's nowhere to be found for us to act upon.

Not sure they care much before.

The feeling is mutual.

Got to wait for the Bonus, and the stock grant.

Then time to get out of here.

Correct. Verizon could care less. Not sure how much less, but less. If you had said " could not care less", then I would disagree because VZ cares at least a little.
