Our warehouse is getting all new trucks next year an they decided to keep our hub open. Keep guessing as we will be here for awhile. That "some guy" is our executive vice president. Few month's ago one of our major, activist share holder's dumped a load. If things where going in the right direction they would hold and reap the benefits.
If business decisions were based on whether management “liked us” there would be some really poor business decisions made. Not how things work! Ask yourself if Kroger and WalMart like their employees, it’s the retailers who have driven the decision to end DSD! The retailers need to maximize their profitability to stay in the game, and BTW, Mondelez also needs to keep shareholders happy with maximizing profits. All things point to the inevitable DSD exit!!
