I am an employee with over 20 years of experience who would greatly benefit from the buyout package but was not given that choice due to transfer to Infosys.
Are there any legal/ethical ramifications for Verizon to offering very inequitable options to employees so arbitrarily?
I am sure these contracts/offers are fully vetted by legal, but it sure smells on this end.
