FXAll situation

Saw some news on Blackstone might want to sell FXAll - would that include Dealing and Matching? Can anyone comment on this

FXAll - mainly USA via New York office and SC London.

For Matching and Dealing SC London , Thailand and Switzerland (For Tax compliance).

Matching and Dealing and FXAll have had lots of work to try and integrate over years.

I would imagine it will be sold as a package.

Huge margins in both. Cash cows :-)

I heard months ago that they were already shopping around FXALL. Too much risk and increased costs in this regulatory environment.

They will sell FXall, Dealing, and Tradeweb. Any robust business that's easily removed from the core. Remember, Blackstone (+ the other investors) are in this to make a return on their investment. Period. End of story. They are not here to build a thriving company.
