It’s no different then NDC QA., paradise and Disney everyday. No work on compellent or cyclone for years. Just walk around building, work from home at will, monitor stocks, play politics and be safe from layoffs.

NDC QA is full of principle engineers who cannot write a test case and forget about writing “Hello World” in any programming language. They get full bonuses , LTI’s, pay hikes every year. Hooowwwww

Meanwhile In BDC storage honeymoon continues. There is no work and we have YouTube director, candy crush director and super techies all have fun and no work. EMC is like a resort and old age home. These oldies usurp all the benefits and the real people who work in their teams are left with bare minimum.All these corrupt people are not capable of getting jobs with half their salaries outside. Dell rewards corrupt and incompetent people like these demoralising intelligent hard working engineers.
