They have one tried and true way to increase profit and cash. Squeeze the cost out of employees. Redesign the workplace with a few less chairs and the remaining people will work longer hours w/out pay increases to hang on to the job until they find a new one. Then the company can hire a newbie that will work more hours for less pay. A real win win for the company. Plus reducing the 401k match is another win. So win, win, win for the company.
