I heard some groups got a bonus today for their transition efforts. Is this true or not.

It is definitely a toxic workplace right now.
Exactly when was weatherford well managed? The organization has a history of employing toxic managers and rolling out new improvement initiatives before the old ones have traction. Anything that take longer than a quarter to get going is lambasted and messed with by the circle jerk of upper management vultures.
For instance, a certain know nothing ex drilling services muppet was in control of drilling automation but managed to side step that and get into head up drilling software and plan to sell it, welcome to the town called excessive liability. Perhaps if they hire quality managers and visionary leaders they might get things done.
The most successful management at WFT knows to play both ends against the middle and cause chaos. They get promoted buy being yes men and s---ing up to those above and working to secure their next “Promotion” in 6-12 months.
What’s a bonus?
Getting a bonus in 2016 was one of the reasons I left. Hard to drink the coolaid after laying off a bunch of people and then get a bonus.
Bonus going to the people moving to the super center is true.
There should be no bonus paod out giving the lack of equipment and the obstacles to get equipment. We need to save that money to last another month. But as long as approvals and anything to get done, those bonuses could be from months ago.
