Just got an email saying that some rolling changes would go into effect Oct 1st 2018 for retail and details would be provided Monday.

This sounds like pure BS. Why would the company buy out retail right before the holidays?
Its a buyout package for retail ,giving you a chance to leave before they close all their retail stores,so they can have all indirect and a few smart stores....read in between the lines
