Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Attn: shills and managers

Stop the b---s---. Sears is not going to continue for months and years through bk.... you've already

taken advantage of enough people already with posting your fake news propaganda for months now. Give it a rest. Unload the goddamn truck yourself.

"It was the strangest behavior I have ever seen from anyone at Sears, ever."

Maybe they were shorting the stock and its downfall meant they'd made enough profits to be able to quit/retire?

It was the look of someone who just saw their severance, pension, retirement and future worth 83 cents.

Look up shameless liar in the dictionary and you'll see a picture of a Sears manager.

@VqDd9oG-ccf what I find more interesting about this was his reaction to the news. the "I'm Free!" exclamation he made. Is there some internal memo that triggers action from some middle management corporate types? When this happens you are released sort of internal cost-saving automatic measure? He left his notebooks and such on the table right there in the food court, he grabbed his laptop and just left. By the time my dinner order was completed, his colleague had come back to the table and looking for him. I explained that I had told him the stock had hit 83 cents and her reaction was not much different than his. She grabbed her purse, and her laptop said thank you and left the notepads behind. A cleaning person asked her if she was going to take them after she had gotten up and told the lady, no they can just go in the garbage. His colleague just took off with no care to get back to work too. It was the strangest behavior I have ever seen from anyone at Sears, ever.

I went to Lotsa today to buy pizza for dinner, and there was a guy standing there in the food court that was clearly a Sears suit, I asked him if he had heard the latest news about Sears and he said that he was unaware. I informed him at the time that the stock had hit 83 cents. His expressions changed more than Peter Strzok caught in a lie. He tried to manage a smile and said 83 cents? Really? I plainly said "yeah", then followed that up with "I am sure it will get better," I thought it was around $ 5.00, I told him to look up the stock on google on his phone. He did, simply because he is used to being an order taker. After this, he looked like he had taken to a new power walking exercise routine and headed for the exit that led to the parking lot, told me to have a good day as he was leaving and said: "I'm FREE"! So some cheap suit wearing flunkie walked out today.

Wow, not surprising. Shows you that some people at Sears don't keep up with the news. It's been a good 4 months since the last time the stock was at $5

I don't expect Sears to recover. However, I didn't expect K-Mart to go bankrupt and then take over Sears either. Who knows what can happen in a bankruptcy?

In the end of it all, it all falls in the hands of the CEO and the clowns in his circle. Sad, but it is over. Any day now!

Yeah, first it was "Sears isn't going anywhere" now it's "well, okay, we lied, but not really."
