Over the past several years Xerox has been
hiring contract employees to fill key positions which had been held by
former exempt employees that were
vrif,irif or retired.The was a still a need to
get the job done (cheaper and no benefits).
These people do not show on head counts.
They are now being let go and as such do not count in HR published numbers .
