I believe FAQ said taxes at supplementary rate, 22% now I believe for federal. Plus of course 7.5 for ss/Medicare. No state for me. BUT....this would bump up my tax bracket depending on when I start next job. So I have worked the numbers to know what to set aside for 2020 tax season. I suggest you do the same.

@VrAVYkN-yjg not tue. Right to work means you cant be forced to join unions. However Non Compete agreements can still be enforced. Only 3 states dont like Non compete agreements and the main one is Caliornia. NJ is introducing a bill to limit non-compete but its not passed yet

they announce that the fake 5g officially launched yesterday in 5 markets. In each of the markets, only 100 homes can get this fake 5g.

The disconcerting part is they have a non-compete clause with 15 consulting companies

This includes

  • IBM

  • Accenture etc

This would take out a big chunk of IT jobs. No idea about the other companies

Will there be any base pay hike for employees moving to Infosys or they will just mask the pay hike under the banner "Retention Bonus for 1 year"

Those 5 things are for Infosys and they are true. H meant that the job is not restricted to 1 year and is a full time offer (according to their HR)

Not really.

  2. Difference in salary and benefits bridged for first year.

  3. 10 holidays (for all) 10 or 15 days vacation.

  4. NO tuition assistance, have there own in company training.

  5. Have 1 week to accept the offer
