I heard in Manila there were Operation and Team Managers removed 2 weeks ago. One of my direct reports told me. Seems like they have started before Day 1

"5% to be shed immediately. So that's presumably about 1100 all from high-cost locations."

Looks like the layoffs have started at the top. In GTM The Head of East (which includes NYC) was let go yesterday. His group was one of the highest producing groups globally. So it looks like it is all about the money, and how much can they save. Not based on performance. I heard they will start at the top (yesterday) and work their way down the levels until Wednesday 10/8 in the US.

Sears might be having layoffs. Not sure though. And does Parmesan or Romano go better with pasta?
