Self insurance is a b--ch when you are out of cash.
When I asked about hurricane damage someone on the board told me Sears was self insured. I don't know about liability though. FWIW
Covered by insurance a--.u.m.i.n.g. he had competent lawyer b/c that lawyer WANTS his 1/3rd cut a.s.a.p.
He's another creditor.
So, what happens to this guy's damage award when the company files for bankruptcy?
