Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

SELF SERVING MANAGEMENT

Where are the Leaders accountability to the rest of the organization to create trust and establish their own credibility? WHAT IS THAT THEY DO? just changing Org names, and changing job titles and get paid like no one else?, that is all they do.

Come down from the clouds and help your teams,that......alone would make a real difference.

J.P. Morgan and the art of nepotism is present everywhere you look, I had a great manager in my last job. I didn't realize how great a manager was until I left that job. and start working for JPMC, incompetence reigns here fro VP's to Directors.

Not exclusive to JPM, Employees around the world are reporting that big organizational changes are affecting their jobs. From leadership transitions and restructurings, to mergers and acquisitions, to regulatory changes, there seems to be constant unrest in the workforce. But according to one survey of more than half a million U.S. employees, almost one-third don’t understand why these changes are happening.

@Vt80w0x-seu, agreed. Previous comment came from someone suffering From a Superiority Complex, a possibility maybe a management troll, by attacking OP credibility, by diminishing OP intelligence Here’s a Test to Find Out:

Previous studies found that humble leadership helped increase productivity and generate an overall positive atmosphere within, Does this person sounds like someone of value? I Say No

Sniff, sniff , anothers swamp creature with low self esteem, more troubled by failure and tend to exaggerate events as being negative. For example, you seem often interpret non critical comments as critical. They are more likely to experience social anxiety and low levels of interpersonal confidence. You made me cry, go back to the swamp!! Lol

You've got it all figured out don't you?

Leadership sacrifices a lot more than you will probably ever know. We keep our grief about missed weddings, missed birthdays, missed holiday parties, funerals and child births to ourselves because we believe in a cause that we're doing something good for others - that's what a leader does. It sounds to me like you've only ever achieved low level positions whether it be with Chase or not - your insight into what a leader is responsible for gives that away. The next time your manager or supervisor does something good for you try and keep that in mind.
