Open a case on your Insite, Solutions In Store. Be prepared to own your complaint if you make one. While the system is confidential, you will be questioned by the company about why you wish to see this individual terminated.
As a former manager I was criticized for not delegating enough and being too hands on by my Regional Director of Stores.
