Why can't we get both discounts? As a team member I'm entitled to my discount and as an Amazon Prime CUSTOMER, I'm entitled to those benefits. It's absolute b---s---.

Regional TM = massive waste of labor. Redundant jobs being performed by people completely out of touch with how the stores actually run. You don't deserve a discount.

I doubt if your a longtime regional TM. Getting both discounts would be ridiculous. Some prime discounts are 50%. TMs with up to as much as 30% plus a Prime discount, well, I'm sure you get it being a regional TM. And what is a regional TM? Regional, I thought was leadership teams. Is there an entry level regional TM position? LOL
