Why are they letting NDC qa work on cyclone, why no action is taken on people with fake resumes and experience in VMAX qa. So the bottom line is, any one can get a job from reference or fake degree...experience....resume and be nice to directors and projects managers and survive layoffs. Why MD you are putting up with this.

Those on the new project are probably just sitting around but those on the legacy are lean, mean and fighting for their lives.
OH my gosh. Then leave. This isn't lay off rumors. This is people whining. Boo Fricking Hoo. Dell has politics and favoritism like every other corporate company. Either s--- it up or move on.
In MDC it isn't much different. No work and a lot of sitting around. Not sure how much longer I can take this. The management left all the way up the chain is a complete joke.

if you have lunch and "network" with someone powerful in Dell, you are definitely more qualified than anyone else on the planet for a role. How hard can that be? We have sooooo many success stories.
