Silly Billy, CC, Q-dog, and other ELT continue to sit back and watch this company continue to implode because of lack of support. We continue to hear in Town Halls that if we need staff to go out and find talent and put together a justification and it will be done. We are seeing people leave daily and people are not being hired to replace them and now people are not applying for some of our jobs. Our WV division is in complete chaos right now and the CHK mentality continues to be more prevalent every day. SWN is a complete joke among our community and the lack of management skills that is being portrayed among our leaders. SWN once cared for the employees but now the only reason management attempts to keep anyone is because they know it will take 6 months to approve a new hire. Its sad when people in their 30-40's are asking for a severance packages to help transition into the next chapter of their career. Oh...Silly Billy! Well, the Christmas party is coming so at least we can get drunk and brainwashed again of how great things are around here. Now back to Indeed!

Swn Leadership is absolutely about not inspiring action, but it is also about guarding their own kingdom and bonus against mis-action which is what state we operate in.
Maybe I can get a leadership book published with this inspiration. Nah rather just drink my coffee, watch Netflix and cash my paycheck

Typing this as I drive and just seen last night the front of the building is only lit up with a “n” and not “swn”. Wonder if this is for Noble who could easily fold our assets Into their portfolio and get this wonderful building as as a bonus

WV asset is the best asset by far SWN has. That being said the leadership still blows and the company will be bought out. That’s why we brought in certain members of the ELT.
At rxr, if you are having to ask what’s a mess in WV or anywhere else you are obviously drinking the kool-aid. Did you not see someone’s post that stated employees in WV aren’t waiting on another lay-off and are jumping from the Titanic on their own? Pour yourself another glass of kool-aid.
The question is, what isn't a mess? I'll start with the $6B (2x current market cap) we paid for it. Who's next?
