SHLD Stock Price Predictions

I have noticed that the SHLD stock has been losing an average of 10% of its value each day. If it does as I think it may, here are my predictions (This doesn't factor in after-hours trading):

  • 10/08/18- No change (holiday)

  • 10/09/18- $0.567

  • 10/10/18- $0.510

  • 10/11/18- $0.459

  • 10/12/18- $0.413

  • 10/15/18- $0.372 (BK-Day (?))

If nothing is done you can see that stock melting like it did this past week however if some how something is fixed maybe it will drop slower or halt for a bit (say the Kenmore deal was to go by).

Just to ask if say (which I doubt) Eddie takes Sears private how would this help? He owns the company along with the piece huge of debt which means what he has collateral would also need to be paid no (I think its close to 5 billion dollars). Also to add no one would sell anything to Eddie at this point.

@qly Actually it can still go down to zero. If the company files bankruptcy, the stock will become worthless. Just ask those who held K-Mart stock when they filed for bankruptcy back in 2003!!

I have over 300 shares of that sh-- my mother had after she retired from Kmart. Pretty

certificate, still worthless.

Kmart filed bankruptcy in 2003 and then took the money that should have went to their creditors and instead bought Sears,..it was all legal in bankruptcy court! What a country!

Eddie will buy all the rest @ 1 cent a share. Take it private and ask all credit owners to accept a cent on a dollar. They will accept it since that's better than going bankrupt which they get nothing. ESL and Eddie will own Sears Holdings very very cheap. What he will do with it is anyone's guess.

well, the stock is being propped up a few cents every night in after hours, so I will just use rounded up numbers 10/9 , .53 day .57 night

10/10 .42 day .48 night

10/11 .31 day .36night

10/12 .24 day .28 night

10/15 if no debt payment .09 if they get an extension on the due date , .01

10/16 .02

10/17 .02

10/18 halted for bankruptcy

So it is an asymptotic decline. Good. That means it will never go to zero.
