The UK is in the toilet because of the HORRIFIC leadership, promoting unqualified people to jobs they can’t handle and who lack meaningful client relationships.
Many good staff have recently left for executive level jobs at competing companies across hardware, software, and consulting. Expect this downward spiral to only continue until they clean the ranks of the layers of useless Band 10’s and Partners! We could easily get rid of 3 layers across the board with no consequence.
This is indicative of IBM WW. It is a company in decline with failed leadership. Too much debt and no growth for past 5+ years. UK is only a microcosm of the larger problem. So sad.
