The new blank pre printed membership cards just made things even worse. Some members like them but a good majority of them do not. They took away the blue card which now make business members no longer seem special (I know it’s silly but I’ve had many complaints about the green color card since we phased out the blue cards) and now this. Oh well...

Yes the new membership cards are dumb no name no picture. So family and friends can use the membership now .Why buy a membership?? The new registers do not show the picture of the member.We are still taking the picture of the member its supposedly stored in the computer?? So they say???
Wait til the new the I pads come out for membership.
Wow all these changes but they make No Sense..
There is something fishy with this card technique they are coming out with. At self checkout you can shop with anyone card. Why have Memberships. Makes no sense at all.
I had to chuckle yesterday when a member took my black marker and wrote her name on one card and her husband's name of the other. I heard that eventually their photo will be shown on new registers. No one told us that, and we were leaving the camera lay on the desk and hitting the "take picture" button. If the pictures eventually show up somewhere, at some time, all the cashier will see is our silvery desk. And no one told us to type the whole number in when looking up a membership. That was a big mess until one of us solved the mystery. We were use to typing in the last nine. At this point, there is no way to tell who the card belongs to. I don't like that. No one does. Especially when it comes to giving out plus bucks. I always ask for I.D. so for me it doesn't matter, but new cashiers, well, that's a horse of a different color. It'll all work out. You know what they say, "Que Sera, Sera."
