They are keeping it quiet as it relates to the hourly paid workers - my husband works there and is hourly so we are eager to hear about it as well...
It may not be a fair comparison but how they'e running Ford nowadays reminds me a lot of how they're running the Lions Franchise. Got in cheap, put enough into the business to keep it going, to make themselves a continuous income... Nobody cares about the worker.
