QUOTAS NEED TO BE ELIMINATED...

You can still generate numbers and good paycheck without quotas, quotas are just a means to discipline someone no other reason for it.

How about pay me what I was making before this sh--ty new comp plan was put in effect, or what I made before the last one was put into effect, or the one before that..... Every year I sell more, take on the rolls of more employees, after their positions are cut and make less. I have made less money every year for the last 5 years, yet I sell more... Thank you Verizon.
So quotas need to be eliminated and you require the exact same pay correct?

People! Verizon is another Wells Fargo just waiting to be outed. Sleezy sleezy company. Encourages all sorts of unethical sales practices. Id tell anyone that still works there to find another job, unless you like getting b--ched at for 90 percent of stuff thats completely out of your control. Or getting your job threatened every day. Place is a Joke.
Our DM is a f---ing joke. His "office" is supposedly in our store and I see him on the floor maybe once every two weeks just to be seen. Always complaining about numbers and he claims to have an "open door policy" to critisism but when you try to tell the guy anything he just tells you your making excuses for yourself. Cool thanks man. What an overpaid position that ultimately does nothing but conference calls and go on 3 hour lunches.
my dm is awesome and I have a very positive relationship with them
I mean can anyone honestly say they have a good DM? Ours just barks orders at our GM and then randomly stops by the store sitting in the office saying nothing and being on conference calls to go over numbers. Then our store management freaks out and micro manages us some more at the DM’s recommendation.
Happens constantly in our district to, our DM has his own set of rules, most of which are not vzw rules.
Trust me when I say they actually are reading this. Your best option is to actually man up and name drop or play the union card and you’ll see how quick HR from basking ridge show up at your store.

District manager in my area can't sell anything...shes horrible, we all hope she gets a layoff notice
