If management thinking that change needed for company's future by rebadging to Infosys, they are destroying the roots of the company. The long term employees are roots of the company compared to the management who joined the company recently that is pulling out the roots and keeping employees honest hard worked severance package. Mgmt intention/ actions does not seem to be saving the money but making the company disappear after couple of years. Borad of directors should listen/respect these honest long term employees rathanthan dictatorship decisions. Everyone wants their Severance and not the job offer to Infosys if the company decides not to keep them anymore. Why are you trying to force the people who are not interested on that option? Do you think you get the same quality or commitment from employees after cheating them? People lost trust at Verizon for selling them to Infosys. The bottom line is these management will be fired one day but their pockets are overloaded by then as they know that it will come to an end one day. Employees are screwed up immediately. Even if you feel sorry after destroying the employees, it is not going to be good any good to employees. Open up the eyes and do the justice right away. Keep the trust in employees about Verizon before it is washed off.

Once all the wisdom is gone (sounds like that will be in Dec) The top level gurus will realize they cut too deep and the rest will fold,. Bottom line is that the joke of leadership does not care what value employees have brought to this company and what they would have continued to bring. They caused the problems in this company, not those below them. But then again, even if the company fails, they still get their fat checks in the end. You're singing to a choir, it does not matter at the end of the day. Days of loyalty are gone. Country is in the toilet starting with the joke we have in the oval office and the garbage sworn into the Supreme Court. In the end, we will always not matter.
