So...
How many people think that the wireless business is going to be in a downhill spiral after all of this? Almost everyone I have spoken to about this situation, they have all asked the question, "Do I need to take my business elsewhere?"

The more people HANS gets rid of ,the higher the stock goes up
Signal to noise ratio of this thread seems a bit off.
I care about Verizon employees difficulties and FTC and FCC policy generally. Though, I am neither an employee or a customer (I was once), but work in the industry, I came to read and hear of the struggle from the inside. Hopefully the media will pick up the story and see and talk about the outsized link to corporate power (over individual bargining and worker rights) supported by BeerBrett, new SCOTUS who'll be with POTUS today at the White House.
I am disconnecting Verizon internet, phone and wireless as I feel the pain of thousands of employees lost their severance, outsourced american jobs, discrimination and cost. They may say their service is great, but ethics should be important and other competitor services are not bad. I can live with that by saving money. Cannot be loyal to existing provider anymore.
People don't care. If somehow all the slamming caught traction with the media the way the Wells Fargo issues did, then you might see backlash.
Agreed. They won’t notice till all the stores are indirect and even then they won’t realize that they contributed with all the online orders and home delivery. When they can’t get any help they will get p-ss-d and switch to T-Mobile
I dont think consumers care about our difficulties. They care about cost and level of service
