Vp left due to double D when Double d don't get his way he goes and cries to Doug like a little girl he's all talk but Double d won't meet you in the parking lot like a real man. He's all mouth and a email warrior. When he was the operations manager at Sanchez energy people got tired of him watching the GPS and uppermangament fold him since you watch everyone we are gonna watch you he got p-ss-d and quit and now we CHK are stuck with him.
After verifying these people were laid off and the San Antonio office is being shut down, it should be very clear to every one at this point. Their VP has been with this company for several years and then decides to jump ship. No recognition from Doug for all the years of service and wishing him well. That should say plenty to everyone about managements appreciation for your work here. This ship is being torn apart from incompetent leadership at the EVP level.
The EC thinks there is no value to the real thought process or true decision making skill necessary required for jobs we execute and that anyone can do them at this point. Hell they’ll even hire people to double check your work in the name of transparency and open communication. FP looks like a mole rat, s---s for him. Glad that pompous prick Paul Hinds is gone. I’d compare this to a right handed Dr who needs his right hand to perform his job and bring home the bacon. Then decides to just cut it off one day.
Everybody knows the EGFD is the only reason CHK even exists today and it’s because the workforce down there busts their asses and gives a sh--. Nobody else in the company works even remotely close in work ethic and technical expertise. And this is how CHK treats the very people who have saved this company’s a-- for years. Sad.
