Verizon executives goal is to disappear the company by outsourcing to Infosys (to have their benefit) now and then Infosys (to have their benefit) having cheap labor/quality after a year.

Nothing new there. They sold off all their towers to American Tower and leased them back. The only thing they own now is spectrum.
