Women are leaving in droves in the US. Non-white has never been an issue at Cisco - the catch now is they’re outsourcing like crazy and using other companies to fill spots so they are not actually Cisco employees buy yet Cisco created the job.
My advice? Keep asking lots of questions like that to every one of your colleagues. They'll think you're highly delusional, and that will make you a prime candidate for higher management at Cisco.
Stop firing American workers and outsourcing jobs to XYZ outsourcing companies !
