our store is pretty observant of who sees who coming in and out..plus there are reports that are generated showing when you clock in and out if you clocked in 20 seconds early, clocked out for lunch 20 seconds late or punching in and not punching out at all..

our payroll person wd question that and just not pay someone if they clocked in and didn’t clock out!! Just because you didn’t clock out doesn’t mean they will automatically pay you.. it would be questioned and you wd be told you’re not getting paid

I seriously don’t believe anyone gets away with doing this

No wonder the stores are a mess with great employees like these.

Simply pitiful, and willful theft. Enjoy your life.

I saw some guy stealing a suitcase worth of merch at the woodfield store. He looked like the store manager. Sad.

I sold major appliances at Woodfield back in 1999-2000. That store boomed. The big dogs were in laundry, but even the guys in refrigerators made really good money. There was some old-school professional big hitters, some real dinosaurs, selling big-ticket back then. Good times. Sad to hear all this.

LOL!!! Better idea...clock in...go to several interviews...have lunch somewhere nice....come back at quitting time and clock out. Get up and do it over again.

I've been doing that almost every day for years.
