I use to really love it here. Now I’m doing 4 times the work and no sign of them showing any appreciation for me saving a huge amount of revenue. They’ll abuse you until you burn out and quit.

@3yva have you looked into Obama cate pricing for medical in your state? NY it’s cheaper than Cobra in many situations. I recognize all of us have different needs from our medical coverage.; May be good for you to look into and see if it meets your needs.
We all HATE what the company turned into! Does it s--- being laid off sure living on a limited budget it’s ideal but i’ve Always lived within my means. I got nothing when I laid off and I can say I feel more free and healthy and I am so blessed to be in a new role where I’m valued and given responsibly and true leadership!
The negative experiences helps you know when you need to know the difference. So you can move on and forward!

Please understand that empathy goes both ways. This board is called the lay-off & this area is called Xerox Corp layoffs. People who have been laid off have a reasonable expectation that this board could be used to connect with others who have been laid off to vent & share information. I realize that it’s also used by employees to track what’s going on with layoffs in the company as there’s no internal communication.
But, it’s a little tone deaf to expect that no one will react with anger when you complain about being employed. We were there. We know it s---s. But, being laid off s---s more, at least initially. We no longer have a steady paycheck or company sponsored benefits. The cost for COBRA is astronomical. We are wondering how long we need to make our money stretch & how we will pay for the holidays. It’s no wonder that a few individuals would lash out at someone complaining about being employed. Most of us would trade with the OP in a heartbeat, knowing full well how much it does s--- to be working there right now.
So please, show a little empathy. Don’t call them trolls. Understand that these individuals need to vent & could use your understanding at a very difficult time in their lives.
If you’ve left Xerox, stop trolling ppl who are struggling to get through their work at Xerox. The struggle is real. Show some empathy. If you were let go from Xerox, know that it doesn’t mean you weren’t a good worker. If fact, some of the best workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with were let go.
Exactly, boo hoo! I was given 8 weeks severance after putting in over 3 decades of blood, sweat and tears! The ridiculous severance is being used to pay for healthcare, but keeps me from getting unemployment. So, to the original poster, keep whining, while the rest of us are scrambling to find multiple jobs to pay our bills!
