Take a look at stock prices it's the barometer.
Cisco has closed doors for many technologies that are not number 1 in their area of specialty.
The CIsco Certification Programs and associated technologies are gone or else closing down.
Cisco's Partner Program will be "re-evaluated" and adjustments made.
Cisco low performing or non-performing teams are due to be released.
Cisco has considered selling off the portions of the business in order to increase stock prices to make the company look more valuable before the ending sale of its assets.
This reminds me of MCI in some ways.
