Although these kinds of innovations bring a lot of automation with them, which I’m not a big fan of,but I have to say that this is generally a good move. Simplification and a more agile process is something that is needed in healthcare transaction processing, and deploying this kind of technology will, no doubt, make processes faster and more efficient.

You are not a big fan of the automation just because you are an id–t and don’t know any tech thing. Too be honest, most of the current employees should be kicked out since they are doing things in a stupid way and can’t create the equal or larger values than the salary paid to them.
Funny... just read the press release about these “Smart Contracts”. This is just using the useless RHI “Data Platform” that never worked, and has clueless people building it. And now they are adding something as complicated as blockchain which still is just a big buzzword in healthcare. No viable REAL use cases...CHC is just trying to distract from the fact that they are fish out of water.
This guy isn’t drinking the koolaid... This guy is emptying powder packets of koolaid in his CPAP and wearing it all day.
If Change Healthcare is involved they will be Dumb Contracts.
Now if only they could get Smart Employee Benefits right, maybe it wouldn't be such a sh*t show.
