Thread regarding CA Technologies (CA Inc.) layoffs

CA Process Efficiency

Probably the most efficient process within CA that i have seen in my 15+ years with the company was their termination process.

Well, you get the phone call, by the end of the phone call you have your paperwork, the next day boxes show up at your home for equipment, and your logon Id is turned off at midnight.

Just think about how the company could grow if they were as efficient in building great software as they were in laying people off.

Buddy.. This is a company where great product died... Good people left, or laidoff/terminated long time ago and bureaucracy plagued their processes. Only averages skill staff work there now. If i were u, i would try to leave this sh-- place asap, before competition wipes you off for GOOD...
